time and browse through all the options available. If you need help narrowing
down
your preferences, you can order some samples to help you make your decision.
Feel free to mix and match elements from different designs to achieve the wedding
stationery that best compliments your individual wedding colours and theme.

Request
a sample
If your timeframe allows, we recommend that you request
a sample of the wedding
invitation you are interested in. This enables you to experience the quality
and finish of the stationery first hand and show it to friends and family.

Establish the
quantities of each item of stationery required
We advise that you finalise your guest list as early as possible.
This will help you with many areas of your wedding plans, not just your
stationery. It is a
good idea to order a few extra wedding invites to allow for handwriting mistakes
and expanding guest lists.

Complete
the order form
Download and print the Order
Form.
It has lots of font and wording options for you to choose
from but if there
is something you
would like that isn’t listed, please let us know. Take care with the
details when completing the form as this will reduce the need for changes at
a later
date and ensure that your order is completed as quickly as possible.

Post
the order form
Once completed, please post the Order Form to us along with a cheque, bank draft
or postal order for 50% of the cost made payable to Creative Invites. If you
would prefer to pay by laser or credit card, we can email a PayPal invoice to
you (PayPal account not required).

Proofs
We will confirm receipt of your order and deposit immediately and issue proofs
of each item of wedding stationery ordered ASAP. Please examine your proofs carefully,
clearly mark any changes on them and return to us with a signed proof acceptance
form. You may send the outstanding balance at this stage or any time up to 1
week before your order is dispatched.

Order
Production
Production of your order will commence
once you have returned your proofs. We endeavour to dispatch your stationery
3-4 weeks thereafter. If you are in a hurry
with your wedding stationery, please let us know as soon as possible. A
rush order fee may apply.

Order
Delivery
Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and
cleared. Your stationery will be sent by registered post or courier so
please ensure that
you provide a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for the parcel.
