All stationery designs, website images and text are copyright to Creative Invites and must not be copied or duplicated in any manner without the prior written permission of Creative Invites.


Design

All images are for display purposes only. Colours may vary depending on monitor settings.
Handmade
Each invitation is handmade by Creative Invites and as such there may be minimal variations to each card. All designs are subject to availability.
Letterpress
Due to the nature of letterpress printing, some slight variations in card and inks may occur.


Pricing

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. However, any price increase will not affect orders already placed.


Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due when an order is placed. Orders will not be produced without receipt of a deposit. The remaining balance is due after client's approval of proof(s). Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received. We accept cheques, bank drafts, postal orders and credit card payments via PayPal. A transaction fee will apply to payments made via PayPal.


Wedding Stationery Proofs

Clients will receive a proof of each item of stationery ordered. These must be approved in writing (email/post) prior to the commencement of an order. Proof reading is the customer’s responsibility. Creative Invites will not be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the final proofs have been signed for. Complete hard copy proofs sent by post incur a flat fee of €10.
Digital proofs sent by email followed by swatches of the card/ribbon/embellishment etc. sent by post incur a flat fee of €3.
Digital proofs sent by email only incur no extra fee.


Delivery

All deliveries will be sent by registered post or courier and will require a signature. Creative Invites will not be held liable for any delays, loss or damaged goods once they have been dispatched.
A valid name and address must be supplied for delivery, where someone will be present to sign for the parcel during normal business hours. (A work or business address is recommended.) If you do not receive your delivery when you expect it, you should contact An Post or the courier company first for further information before contacting Creative Invites.


Rush Orders

Wedding invitations are normally sent out 6 weeks before the wedding. Handmade stationery takes 3-4 weeks to produce and letterpress stationery takes up to 2 weeks. Early booking is advisable. We can do a rush order only if the materials are in stock and a rush order fee may apply to orders (and extras) required within two weeks.


Use of clients' stationery

Creative Invites reserves the right to use clients’ stationery and/or images of, for promotional purposes after their wedding date.
